Welcome to our web page dedicated to our annual spring dinner and
auction. Our auction next year will take place
on March 28, 2009.  This is
the major annual fundraiser for our parish.  Thanks to the dedication of our
chairperson - Linda Smith, and our many, many dedicated volunteers, this
event has continued to grow each year.  On this web page you will find all
of the information you need about this fundraiser.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

We cannot begin to thank everyone for all of your generosity and hard work in making this past year's auction
the best yet!  To our chairperson Linda Smith, Bernice Niermann and all of the kitchen workers, Rosemary
Bert and those who bought and sold raffle tickets, Richard Misuraca and those who picked up items, Roger
and Ruth Petrowske and those who collected items from the businesses in the area, Jim Shields and those
who helped set-up and clean up, Bill Surman for the floral arrangements and everything else you do, Richard
and Julie Holley and Judy Shields and all who helped at the bar, Linda Stern for arranging the booklet, Mary
Beck and Alice Grott for organizing the silent auction, Auctioneer Wayne Voss and his staff for their services,
everyone who donated items and money, those who attended the auction and purchased merchandise, and
so many more who worked behind the scenes, may the Lord bless each and every one of you!  Our parish is
a special place because of the dedication of so many people!

PLANNING MEETING

The next planning meeting for the dinner/auction will be held on Thursday, October 9 at 7:00PM at the Parish
House.

DONATING ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION

It is never too early to be on the lookout for creative items to donate for next year's auction.  Keep your eyes
and ears open at those spring and summer sales and when touring the antique shops.
